What is Forum Merger III?

Forum Merger III Corporation (“Forum III”) was a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) that engaged in a business combination with Electric Last Mile, Inc. in 2021. Upon the closing of the business combination, Forum III changed its name to Electric Last Mile Solutions, Inc. and Electric Last Mile, Inc. became a wholly owned subsidiary of Electric Last Mile Solutions, Inc.
